I am currently on SOWP and my visa is going to expire this Nov 19. I have few questions regarding the extension.
1. Do SOWP eligible for implied status if I apply for a extension with 3 pay stubs of my spouse (skilled job). Because my consultant said that SOWP doesn't have a implied status.
2. If SoWp have implied status , can I still continue to work until a decision is made.
3. Extending at port of entry is risky? Because I will be applying for extension on mid of Nov. Or applying online is safe.
It would be great help if someone can post a link which confirms sowp eligible for implied status.
