hi everyone,how are u ? ..i am new to this post.
i am an international student from india
I do my MS in canada as of now.
i am in my third semester. i stil have a year to complete.
I wanted to do my Doc. in US ..
i wanna do there because mine is a biotech specialisation,so i thot research funding would b good there in US than Canada?
So if u wanted to do my Ph.D in next fall or next winter in US?
what are the requirements are neeeded ? what are the entrance exams to b completed ?and can i apply from canada to US?
i am stl under a study and work permit in canada.
plese help me n this .and thanks fr ur time,
ur suggestions would b considered valuable here :)

kinda same procedure like in canada..
apply for admission in an university ..find a professor who will sponsor u
once u get admission and get I-20 form apply for an appointment for visa.
make visa application package and go for the interview
etc
u will be better off if u search for information on US visa forums rather than here. US visa and university admission is difficult compared to canada ........canada lets in anyone lol

Thanks for ur information and i take ur valid point on US.My question is do i have to prepare for English Proficiency exam or GRE ,even though i graduate from wel recognized canadian university ? and where do i have to apply for US visa , can i apply from canada directly or i have to apply through my country embassy?
