Hello Guys,

I got CIC mail having AOR number. Have couple of questions regarding the e-mail that I have received from CIC.

- In the e-mail, there is Application number starting with E and then 9 numbers. Is this the file number ?
- Initially with the package I have send only the T4 . Now, as I have received the NOA , so should I send the cover letter (.txt) and NOA (.pdf) as attachments in a single e-mail to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca ?
- Where to find the postal address, if I plan to send the NOA via post.
- While sending the e-mail, should I put UCI and AOR number in the subject ?

Thanks...

We have to get rid of that term, there's no such thing as an AOR number :) It's called file number or application number.

Correct.

Yes and No. Yes, send the NOA and cover letter, but send it to that email mentioned here:

Do not mail the NOA to CPC-Ottawa. They do not need the orignal document, email is enough. Only PCCs have to be mailed.
Anyhow, if you wish to mail a copy, the address is also in this post:

Follow this template when you email CIC:

Thanks...

Hope this helps. See comments in red above.
