Query regarding PR

Hi All,
This question must have been asked many time but this the first time I am asking and need your expert advise.
I want to apply for Canadian PR. Currently I have H1B visa. Can some one guide me how to go about it.
I will really appreciate you input.

Having an H1B doesn't change anything. You must still follow the same process as anyone else.
