Please see my case below and advise -
I lived in canada for 1.5 yrs and came back to india last year in march.
I applied for PR under cec category from india in august and have got the passport stamped and copr received.
I intend to do the landing at pearson airport from india in 2nd week of june.
In the mean time I am set to marry a girl, who is on a closed WP in canada and will be visiting india in 1st week of june.
As we both are from india, we plan to have a traditional indian marriage with all family members here in june 1st week and then we both will return to canada together in 2nd week.
I know since I have got my COPR as a single applicant, so I cannot do landing after being married, so we plan to just have a traditional marriage in india and upon return do a court marriage in canada in june last week and will also register the same there.
After that since she is also eligible to apply under CEC now, she can apply under CEC class.
Experts please let me know your thoughts incase you see any issues with this turnaround.
