I wish to know if the gift deed needs to be on the stamp paper/affidavit or it may be on a plane paper? also I have read on this forum that it requires the signature of the donor and the witness. Does it require donee's signature too? Please advice, I am in a different country as my parents and cannot really sign the document with them.
