Query regarding funds and work expreience

Query on Fund.
Currently, I am not having sufficient fund in my account to apply. Can I borrow some money from my brother and deposit in my account. Otherwise, I may have to sell some of my property belonging t father and he have to deposit in my account. Due to this reason will my case get rejected.

Work experience.
One of the company which I worked earlier is shut down during the recession time, I dont think, i can get personnel managers contact details right now, as I worked there around 4 years back. But for that company I am having job offer letter and experience letter with me. I can share my senior executives phone number, will it be ok? he may help me personally.

Also for present company, do I really have to provide my managers contact details. It will be a problem, if my company come to know that, I am trying to move out. What should I wrie in written explanation.

U can borrow money from any one but u have to make sure the money stays in yr bank account for a certain period, i think to be safe, at least a couple of months from 3 to 6 months to show that its yr own funds or else the visa office will not be certain that its yr funds.

As for the company that has closed down, do not worry too much abt it, all u need to do is write a letter of explaination for the reason why u cannot provide letters or references for that particular period or company. The visa office will understand if its genuine.
