Hi everyone,I have been regular visitor of this site but rarely shared my experience till now,,as i got a letter from cic today regarding my work experience..like many of you i had my interview on 8th of march 2010 in abu dhabi the person who was taking my interview took my original document of my recent work experience and said the VO will verify them and send them back with a reply,well by profession am a doctor,my visa officer has asked me to show credibility of my current job status as a medical officer which they are not satisfied with and which i have shown in full..I don't no if they have verified my experience or no,if they have then they r genuine but from what i know they have't contacted the hospital i work in..the VO also said that they r not satisfied that i have worked as an intern officer in dubai hospital,i don't blame them for that has i left it in between and don't have the four months certificate 2 prove it..

am getting those certificates in a day or so,my deadline is in 20days to submit..what i don't understand is what exactly do they need from me when i have already given them the job description ,salary certificate, and copy of my recent contract.Did i miss anything,can it b due to me not updating my forms that i have been working as a medical officer for last 6months.. PMM , QORAX all seniors plz give your expert opinion,yes to add up to my query my eligibility points are full even if you take out my recent job and internship from my application and my medical is done as well ..its really getting me hypertensive.
 
As I see from your post, your VO is reading your employment letter/contract as fictitious. While most docs u have already send & that they r not concocted [as stated by u], send the following:

1. Original Notarized copy of the DOHMS letter, if u took the internship of Dubai Hosp -Deira. [even if u didn't complete it]
2. Original Notarized copy of the 'Akad Khidma' [MOL employment contract -bilingual] of the current hospital.
3. A letter form the DHA [if u r now with a Govt. hosp] or the HRM Officer of the Civil hosp, stating that u r currently employed with them [from-to].

Ps.: Which hosp. u r presently working with... Zulekha, NMC, Welcare etc. or a DHA one?
 
Thanks for the quick response,,Am not working in UAE anymore...Am working in Pakistan in a private hospital i have already given the original documents on the day of interview..regarding Dubai hospital i was told 2day I'll get the experience of my working days in a day or so..abt those am not worried but what do they need from my current hospital..Whats bothering me is as am already eligible 4 the 67points without these docs and all r authentic..but still can't make them belive :o

If u have already provide the latest Pakistani Employer's letters/contracts, do not worry... everything will be alright in a couple of days.

I hope u are right,in their letter they said they r not satisfied.if i quote the words right..

This letter provides you with an opportunity to address my concerns your employment experience and references. You should forward any information to this office withing 30days of the date of this letter.

Have kept my fingers crossed.I can challenge them on this but i don't no exactly whats there requirement.
