We are applying for TRV VISA and we are Indian passport holders. My mother is a widow.
My dad passed away on 22nd Jan 2013. They are a married couple (and not in common law relationship).
My queries are -:
1. Do I select YES or NO for "Have you been previously married or in a common law relationship?"
2. If I say YES, it asks to enter dates (FROM/TO). FROM will be the date of their wedding date and should TO be the date of Dad's demise? As technically speaking they are still in a married relationship and relationship has not ended on the day of Dad's demise.
