I had applied for the Federal skilled worker canada PR on my own for my wife and me. I got a query letter form CIC and am confused on a couple of them. I would really appreciate your help on this. I am from India, but am based in the US on an H1 visa. Below are the queries i received form the CIC.
Bullet 1 - i had submitted the fee payment form with the credit card option. I rechecked all my details and they were all correct. So i dont understand what is wrong with that form. Did i have to submit 2 separate fee payment forms for me (principal applicant) and my wife (spouse applicant) ??
Bullet 2 - I had missed out on filling one of the NOC codes and i believe that is what bullet 2 is related to. I did get an attached document called "appendix c" that highlights that mistake of mine.
Bullet 3 - the most confusing one. It just says "See Appendix D" - what is the meaning of that ? there was no attached document that came along with this. I looked up in the instruction guide and there is no appendix D there. some of the visa forms have appendix D but that is related to the medical instructions - i believe that the medical comes later on in the process. So what is it that they are referring me to ?

- You have failed to submit the required fee or the fee you submitted is not an acceptable form of payment. (See Appendix A) or Fee Payment (IMM5620)
- Your submission does not meet the requirements of an acceptable applicaiton as set out in Regulation 10 of the immigration and refugee protection regulations. (appendix C)
