Hi All, I need your help urgently in resubmitting my file again. I received my application back with following reason and about fees I am confused and what to do next?

Here are the details:

All of your application forms and documents are being returned to you in this package, your fee was not processed and is also being returned to you. When resubmitting your application be sure that you are also submitting the correct fees. Your application will be returned again if the fees are in an acceptable format.

Then they also mentions: return this attached appendices when you submit your application, your submission does not meet the definition of an set out in Regulation 11 of the immigration and refugee protection regulations (see Appendix D),

Now with appendix D they points to: There are incomplete section on your application form, these sections have been highlighted for your reference. Personal history (section 11) of IMM0008 S1.

So from above looks like I will have to send the fees again, but they have charged me ~ $1100 on my credit card, in first AOR that I have received it also confirms the fee payment with receipt number and not sure if they will return it... so this part looks confusing too.

Please help...
