My application for permanent residency to Canada under the federal skilled worker category has been returned back and below is the letter from NS office
A review of your application indicates your submission fails to meet these requirements
1. You have failed to submit the required processing fee (Gave credit card authorization for CAD 1100.00 toward processing fee) OR the fee you submitted is not an acceptable form of payment (Is credit card form is not the acceptable form of payment?) (see Appendix A) and/or fee payment form (IMM5620).
2. The individual indicated on the Use of a Representative form (IMM5476) which you submitted is not an authorized representative. (See Appendix B). Represented my spouse. Can’t we represent the spouse?
3. Your submission does not meet the requirements of an acceptable applicable as set out in regulation 10 of the immigration and refugee protection regulations. (See Appendix C)
Appendix C is Medical Instructions which we need not have to submit to NS office until and unless the local visa request for. So, why my application is returned back on this requirement?
4. See Appendix D. What does this include
Should you choose to resubmit your application, please include this letter and the attached appendices with your application (no appendices attached with the returned application packet).
If I resubmit my application will it be considered a new or old file?
