Query About Stepchilp included in appilcation

Hi Everyone


I need ur help and advice on how i should proceed about my application .

I have applied in 05/2006 and also included my stepchild on the application of my canada immigration.

My stepchild is living with us since we are married and her real father has not been in touch with us from last 3 years.

I am fully responsible for her along with my wife.(which is her real mother).

I have a doubt that CAN canada immigration ask me for any legally adoption letter at the time of my immigration interview if yes then what documents do i need to submit.

If anyone has faced this kind of situation kindly advise on this and what was the procedure u followed and if any problems u faced.

I will really appriciate for ur advice and comments.

The mother will have to show that she has full custody of the child and that she can remove him/her from her home country.
