Query about PCC

Hi guyz,
I was wondering if anyone can help me on the following.
I am going to apply for PCC now for the PR. My wife is on visitor visa in Canada currently with me. I am including her in the PR application with me and have to get her PCC done as well. My question was that is it fine to get her PCC done from BLS agency in toronto or do I have to get it done for her from India since she is on visitor visa?

You would need to get her Indian PCC made from India PSK (assuming she is on a visitor visa there) for her stay there since she attained 18 yrs. of age, if she has been there since then, and from Canadian authorities if she stays there for more than 6 months, including any other country she has visited in the past and stayed there for more than 6 months too either continuously or in parts.
