Queries on ECA

I have some queries on ECA:

1. Will getting the photocopies of the degrees/diploma attested from university work?
2. I have 1 diploma, and 1 degree from different universities. Will there be single ECA for both, or separate ECA needs to be done for each?
3. I might need my spouse's education points. Is spouse's ECA required?
4. Is there any way to get all these degrees / diplomas (Mine, and spouses) done in one ECA? Means: All degrees in one package?

When you register on WES site for ECA, they will provide you form which also needs to be signed by university/college. Separate form for each degree/diploma.
1. Photocopies + ECA form. Attested and sealed in a envelope. University stamp on the seal.
2. Single ECA (but step 1 needs to be done for both degree and diploma)
3. Yes
4. No. Each person will have own ECA.

One more thing: Is the point only criteria? Or the skill area also evaluated? Ex: One profession getting more chance, then others

My points are 415. Seems to be difficult. Your view?

What are the chances to get nominated from any province? I am in Software field with 10+ years of experience.
