A couple questions.
This is for my two children. They are 3.5yrs and 11 months.
1- Do I need to enter their height on the form?
2- We have 2 versions of theit UK birth certificate - which one do we use? The birth certificate, or can we use the 'certified copy of an entry'?
3- the citizenship photos - my son (11 months old) has his mouth very slightly open. Would the photo be accepted? My daughter's head is square to the camera but it is slightly tilted (hardly at all). Would that be accepted? It was SO hard getting the pics done due to their age.
