Quebec Skilled Worker though PEQ - August 1st Changes?

Hi all,

I'm currently working in Quebec on a work permit, I want to submit my federal application, I already have my CSQ through PEQ and I passed both sections at Level B1.

What I'm wondering is if the changes to the language requirements on August 1st will affect me, as I already have my CSQ? And, if I send my application this week, is it likely to be recieved before the new rules come into effect?

Confirmed with Quebec immigration, if you already have your CSQ but haven't yet applied for Federal, you are SAFE. You do not need to retake your test.
