One of my friend in India would like to apply for Quebec skilled worker program in Nursing category under point based system.
My question is once they get PR under this program, will they be able to work only in Quebec or in any part of Canada??
If she is eligible to work in Quebec under this program, her husband should also work in Quebec or can he work in any other province as well??
