We have been approved for Quebec skilled worker and Permanent Residency in QC and received an email with Instructions to send our passports to receive a visa stamps. Unfortunately our email was compromised and that email with instructions was deleted. We filed from US and we are still in US. We tried to email and call but received no response.
Can someone please give us instructions how to proceed and what document we need to submit, or if you could forward that email to us without your personal information, we would greatly appreciate that.
