Hi, after my medical results I have not received any update! My e-case status is “application received” for almost six months.
Timeline:
Documents Delivered to CIC: 23/10/2018
AOR:10/02/2019
Medical: 18/01/2021
Pre arrival: 04/02/2020
I sent several webforms but the answer is general Covid template! I also requested ATIP twice! In my GCMS, CIC asked for US info sharing which was 6 months ago! No update sofar!
Do you have any idea to accelerate this procedure?

Hello, are you inland or outland?

Post or during covid applications were already scanned so I think it won’t slow down it processing. So, technically the paper based applications are also electronic and the agents can process them from home

I just received my gcms notes and I am really disappointed.
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not started
Criminality: Passed - will expire in Feb 2022
Medical: Not started
Info sharing: Completed

I am an outland Feb 2019 applicant, am not sure if they will ever process outland applicants. QSW is the worst program ever....

Can’t they give AOR when they scan paper applications?

What we assume is that when you get AOR you get also a place in the annual quota and that's why they don't send AOR to everybody, even if they have already started some process in your file.

Thanks, can’t they account when we actually give PR instead of AOR?
I think there may be few refusals after AOR which may make them fall short of quota with the former approach..

They fell short last year and according to some numbers which were written here, they will fall short this year as well. The issue is that they don't give a shit.

'They' - IRCC, give PR not 'We'. Would have been nicer with 'We' though.

Refusals are an exception with qsw and the numbers are too small in comparison to EE. Single digit in a year won't help the quota fall short to accommodate a lot left behind in excuse of quota lottery by IRCC.

Hi Experts,

I would like to get your opinion on the validity of Police Clearance? Is PCC considered valid if it was secured last 2017 and never visited the country since then.? The PCC says it is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and this was secured before my flight. Since then I have never visited the said country. Please advise experts.

Hi I am sorry for that. What is the group name information in gcms?
I am in the same boat.
