Is that DM? for me ECAS still "in progress" and it show similar detalis, my VO is Mexico

Well i am confused to as when you log in it shows in progress and mine changed to DM as on Feb 1 they asked me PCC from RCMP i submitted it on Feb 12 and today it changed to DM but i didnt received ppr yet
