Hi, raja, it seems there is a bug in the processing time system. When did you call them? I guess they talked to us based on the flawed system. Another probability is they truely changed the processing time but haven't updated the website. Hopefully, the fact is the previous one.

I tried many many time if you check another category shows 6 months as example and check Quebec skilled worker after that it would be 6 months too
May be its an error
But not 16 months yet

Exactly there is an error as I have also checked it will show only 3 months if you check the QSW time right after checking the care givers processing time. So its definate an error.
