I am an outland applicant currently waiting for medical req. A friend told me that there is an interesting opportunity for me at her company. What happens if I get a job while waiting for my PR? Can the employer sponsor me for a TWP until I get PR?

From my perspective it is not required to resubmit the pcc because they have asked if not submitted. However the old one is valid till July 2017

I am going to send without PCC but as a safer side i am going to apply fresh PCC. If they will demand again in next correspondence then i will submit.

Hi guys,

I need your help to explain me what was happening to my file

I am outside QSW Applicant from Jordan

they gave me a file number in 4.feb.2017 and ask me for medical test in 10.feb.2017

I did my medical in 14.feb.2017 and gckey showed passed for medical test in 17.feb.2017

Ecas showing we start processing your application on 17.feb.2017

My questions are :

Why they ask me for medical too early " just 6 days from file number " ?

Why they ask me for medical before PRP Fees ?

My office is Amman - Jordan and Friday is a holiday in my country and they ask me for medical on Friday and they change the medical status on gckey to passed also on Friday! !!

Please tell me what is happening to me

Hi guys I have a dilema, please give me your opinion. Today I received my passort with the immigrant visa, and I am ready to go to the border and do the landing process but I have a trip outside of canada planned from may 1 until may 17, the dilema is if I go to the border rigth now I would be risking not getting my permanent resident card before my trip, because it seems the processing time for the card is 2 months now. So I dont know if I should wait until my may trip to do the landing process.

does anybody now if when we do the landing we can ask for fast treatment in order to get the PRcard faster ?

If you landed and went out from Canada without PR issued and need to return back before it's issued, so you need to apply for travel document. This requires your landing prof and some other documents

When did you send your passport to CIC ? I want to know how long it takes to get passport back after sending it to CIC..

My visa processing started on February 5th 2016.I did my medical with my dependents on march 11th 2016.Now the medical expired but i have not been received any updates from vo.
