May I ask you please, the medicals have you send a paper result to VO in Rome or the clinic send the results online to Vo ? Does the clinic used e-medicals?

The clinic sends the results to the office. You have to submit additional doks if they ask for and the bill of the online payment .

Hey Guys, as you might have noticed that CIC updated the way it is reflecting information under MYCIC account.

But, did you notice the message change under MY CIC account?

On final decision box the text itself in it says "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."

But when I click on question mark I see this

"We have reached a final decision on your application.
If your application is approved, we will send you instructions on what to do next.
These instructions will be sent to your account.
If your application is refused, we will send you the reason(s) for the refusal."

This is pretty confusing, I wonder what you all are seeing when you click on that question mark?
