Got my CSQ in feb 2017. Applying for PR. Mine work permitt to Ontario, Canada was rejected in 2007. Does it have any affect on getting PR? what are the chances of getting PR?

First of all congratulations for the CSQ dear sanghamitrak
It will not effect your application however you need to mention the same in your application that you have earlier applied for the work permit in 2007 & you will need to give the reason for the rejection as well.
