do you see any updates on your GC-Key (that is MyCIC) accounts?

One reason I am losing my patience, my temper and almost my mind is that I find it unfair and illogical if those who submitted later are receiving updates, news or even CoPR earlier. And they could not even be sure if they have received my package of not. But like everyone else, I submitted it by that traumatic Xpresspost.

My only update is that I'm driving crazy... I'm tired of the wait.
At least you have the post tracking number, we have nothing... call CIC and Canada Post look useless
No more updates on my side just the wish and the hope to see the xpost inside the mailbox tomorrow...

For the problem with "out for delivery" forever like you and me, now I don't think calling them is helpful.
I called cic yesterday, they did not confirm if they had received my package. But today my case is closed.
So I assume the agent could not tell anything, and also they hated receving calls. But you need to try anyway.
And CIC and canada post all told me don't worry , it would not be lost. But they also could not be sure :-\
Only thing I found can confirm if they have received the packge is gc key if they have closed the case.

Another unfortunate thing from my friends
He and his wife sent the package on Dec 20th, but in separate pacakage. He got his passport back Jan 11th, but his wife did not get it yet.
He just told me that cic told him they started processing his wife passport on Jan 9th which was 3 weeks later they got their passport.

I wish no one here would get this situation, but you need to prepare.

LOL. That would be a lot of fun. I think we're gonna receive our passport back tomorrow or next Monday since I got the update today that my case is close and approved. That is a good sign that they already sealed our return envelope. Usually that's the sign tells us that they're sending our passports back.

oh you got the updates :-\ i am happy for u but at the same time feeling more worried about my case.....
may I ask if you are from Visa-exempt country? (i am from visa-exempt country, and I always believe I will get mine back very soon as they dun need to stamp my passport....)
