Hi All,

I am Ashok. I have applied for Quebec PR 6 Years before in Chennai. The Agency name is Able Immigration.
2yrs back they requested all documents and I sent them. In my initial stage of career I am not eligible for Tax payment hence I did not declared it. But while applying it they were requesting the Tax forms for all my working years, so I contacted chartered Accountant and gave a written statement stating I am not eligible for paying tax.

Then my agency said my file is denied because of that reason. Then I contacted some government authorities and got the letter from them itself and sent them. My agency said they will appeal again but decision is merely by Quebec gov.

Last year I got my H1B and now I am in US.

Can anyone suggest me how to proceed with my Quebec PR. How do I verify whether the agency is appealed or not.
And when will I get an solution.

I can't express how happy we are (me and my family) because we received the change of status to Decision Made and the PPR email the same day (as happened with @Smearingo yesterday).

Look that the new modus operandi is that, not days between one thing and the other, and so far after looks that it is taking a little less than 300 days from the AOR to the reception of the PPR-CoPR email. I've just read @hazel15 message that she also received the PPR email today.

The content of my email is the same as @Smearingo posted.

Hi @Montreal_120,

If you can see the previous posts, there is a table-list with the names of people of the forum that were-are QSW (I believe inland applicants) and you can see that there is a trend or number of days that currently are around 282 after you received the AOR (Acknowledge of Reception). For many of those people, the medical exams were done on different dates with no apparent relation to the time they received the PPR-CoPR, and the key date seems to be the AOR or even the App Filed date (at the end close to 365 days - 1 year). With AOR dates since the end of February 2016 and March 2016 (with some exceptions) the number of days elapsed from receiving the AOR to receiving the PPR-CoPR is about 282 days (with a standard deviation of 7 days) including last and this year cases. If you consider the App Filed date the number of days is 386 with a standard deviation of 11 days. So at the end is more or less the year (12 months) they say.
