I just called cic know and asked them about status because my status changed to 'decision made' on 9 dec 2016 and they asked my name and UCI Number and they checked in their system and they told me that my file has been approved...they told me that soon I will get PPR Mail...m really happy but waiting for PPR..

I havent received the PPR email yet but I havent called CIC (i get very frustrated every time I call...) maybe I will on Monday if I havent received the email yet... my status is still "Decision Made" since Dec 9, 2016.

it is been 17 months with my application(i submit in July 2015), the cic have ask me for additional information in April 2016 meanwhile i was in my country for a holiday. After i mail them my file and they hand my file over to Hong Kong
In my case i was using a lawyer attorney, so Hong Kong won't reply to my email and my lawyer have ask them and there still no response.
i dont know what should i do now, is there any similar cases?

Thanks for helping me on this. I found @youssef.simon message. Actually he says he got the PPR on Wednesday, 2 days after he got the change on his status (so it was 7-Dec-2016). I'm updating that.
Regarding @GuessBoy I checked his profile and is true, his location is Mauritius. I did't checked location on anyone, I just checked that were QSW and the visa office, but you are right, that must be a mistake in my "database" when I was introducing the information. But I've heard you can apply to a Canadian office from outside Canada. Anyway, I'm taking @GuessBoy out of the table-list. That is good for "my theory" because his AOR is from February (and no PPR yet!).

With the latest information, there are 9 people with AOR from March that received their PPR-CoPR within 279 +/- 4 days.
