I checked my ECAS this morning and to my all surprise the status has changed to Decision Made. I am hoping that the status change represents a positive outcome. I will keep you posted.

Federal application was filed on 18 September 2015. I sent the enquiry yesterday. ECAS shows Decision Made since this morning. No email confirmation (CoPR) yet though.

ADVO nowadays send Medical Requests 12 or 13 months after AOR.
I'd say you will receive your medical request somewhere in December or January .

Hello Guys,

I need help with CIC the forms filing for the federal stage. I am not really sure how to fix the abreviations requirements on form IMM5669 (12-2012) or is it ok to add a separate excel sheet with the complete information ?

Also, does anyone have CIC's call center phone number for applicants residing in United States?
