Hi, taking into account the 90 working days, I'll say that you should get AOR on October 31st +/1 one or two days.

I know some people who applied between may 20th and june 3rd and have received AOR after 87 ~ 90 working days, so I guess that is the approximate delay for applicants of that dates and until further notice, applicants after that dates...

Sorry, I'm new to this forum. What do you mean by MIDI?

I Sent my documents to immigration office in 2011.
The case was opened on Septermer 7, 2011.
CSQ was issued in October 2015.
However, I received in October 2016 due to post problems in my country.

I think CIC is waiting for immigration guidelines for 2017 which should be out in Nov and based on that they will start clearing cases ...hopefully things will move way quickly after dec ...my guess ...
