Every year Canada has limite for pick immigration. You all know it was 305000 +- but you also know this year Canada takes 320000.

Soo it is 100% clear that new cap will annunce maybe next month then all file will process.

Hi,
I have recently submitted my QSW application. I have few Que:

1.when will application status available on eCAS after submission?

2.For Canadian PCC(Criminal record check), Any one know what should be written for "Name and Address of Contributing Agency/Department" field in form. It says we have to give them/write "name and address of the Canadian Immigration Center, Embassy, Consulate or High Commission handling the case". So which one we should provide CIO-Sydeny or CPC-Ottawa?

3. when can we link federal application to MYCIC account?

1-For the ecas you can check once you get an application number (IUC) so you will be able to track it.
2- no idea
3-once you get your IUC (it's similar to ecas as i heard from people on the forum)

Hello,

I have recently received csq for myself and my family but I am also expecting a baby very soon.

In order to speed up my PR application processing time, i am planning to apply for PR in a week or two, then when baby comes in a month or so, I apply for csq for newborn and afterwards update my PR application once csq is obtained for newborn.

Do you think its best to inform CIC about the newborn already when sending the PR application forms? Or not say anything just in case they freeze my application then when csq is obtained for baby update my application?

OR do you think its best to wait until baby comes, apply csq for newborn, then once csq is obtained for baby send complete PR application considering it will delay my processing time by around 4-5 months?

Could you please let me know your thoughts?

hi guys,
my wife is primary applicant for Quebec skilled worker and her file number came in September 2014. we got married in February 2014 and updated details and paid fees for spousal update to my representative. but our representative didn't update it. she received CSQ in august 2016 and we realized that our representative didn't update spouse details. now we updated spouse details.

I have some questions regarding our processing.

1. How long it will take to receive CSQ for spouse?
2. My wife's passport will be expired in 6 months, so can we renew passport before federal application?
3. I'm currently in Canada, on open work permit( Post grad work permit) and it will be expired in 2017 December. SO after receiving CSQ, will I be able to stay in Canada?
4. Also I'm trying to remove representative from this process, but the are refusing to give me original CSQ. Is there any ways to get CSQ from Quebec immigration and removing representative from the process will affect me adversely?

As we have received CSQ (my self & my family members) and already applied for federal stage, my file reached at MIDI on 4-8-2016 but still we have not received any reference/UIN/file no.

I would like to know the actual processing time to get PR after applying in Federal Stage.

"Include two photographs of your family , whether accompanying or not, and yourself."

I am single and going to apply for me only. In that case, do I need to include the photographs of Father, Mother, Brother also or only myself?
