Hi,

I am from Albania also, sent the file to Nova Scotia since Dec 2015.
Now I am in the row 4, (Medicals have been received) no date! According to Fedex, the shipment arrived in Rome on August 3, 2016.

Now we are back to old passion of "Waiting.... ".

I wish you all have the PR at least within this year!

I was told by the interviewer during my interview that I should move to Canada once I got my visa because it would only be valid for 1 year from medical request... if I'm not mistaken

Bro ... How to create CIC Account ?? Is it linked to CSQ number ?

First of all it is not related to CSQ. You can apply for work, study permit by using
this account as well as tracking any update. Recently, they have allowed to link with
PR application. If you don't have any account, then register first.

I forgot how to create an account exactly, but this is very easy. I can
give you some ideas:
First click this weblink for registration:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/account.asp

click on the “Continue to GCKey” button.
Chose Username and password and click then you have to put some information and follow the procedure.

Once you have your CIC account then you will be able to link your PR application.

the expiry date will be mentioned on the Visa, you have to be there before that date.
you need to Make sure the Passport is valid too

Singapore VO is world worst VO, now it is number 1. Number one worst VO was ADVO. Nowadays ADVO working fine after huge complain. You can put complain in cic.gc.ca if you face any problem.

I'm just confused because when I had my interview last month for Federal application, I was told that I need to move to Canada once I got the visa because validity is 1 year from the time they requested medical... my agency also mentioned the same... I'm just not sure if by the time they requested the medical or the time they got the medical result... thanks for clarifying...

Hi Mybethfren,

I have been told that the best time for landing is June/ July for multiple reasons (ie. Rent). So if you would take my advice, once you get your Visa don't spend much time somewhere else..

Dear Rakib I tried to link my application to mt account but it after I press search it tells me that no such application has been found. Is this common? do you know what I have to do?
Do you also know what is the average waiting time before we receive a federal file number?
