Otherwise if you have stats about normal outlanders delay between aor and ivm, I'll be thankful.
It really varies but some of outlanders are waiting at least 2-3 years now. Also I saw for some people it took 40 months with covid. and they were outlands.
2, 3 years to get ivm after aor or for the hole process!? Otherwise It's really too much
Whole process. But waiting for medical could go more than 6 months.
So now I know what it means. If anyone would have a similar situation: might see "your action is required", yet you don't have to submit any document, this means that they are updating your file. I got this two days ago, and today it shows that I passed my medical exam. Hopefully I'll see DM soon.

Hi! I received my first email on March 18th and answered right away. It's been more than a week which seems to be the usual timeline between the first and second email. Is anyone else in this situation or has at happened in the past? Thanks

My file was transferred to Montreal office on March 14, 2021
My status in ecas is changed from in process to application received
Can you tell what is your status in ecas and ircc account

Happy to hear I am not the only one! Ecas says Decision made and ircc account says that the application is still being processed.

Us our files were transferred to Montreal office and we return back to point 0

Sure! Biometrics and medical are passed. Otherwise it still says that they’re reviewing eligibility, the additional documents I sent and processing my background check which I thought was odd since Ecas said decision made but oh well.
