I recieved an email by "paris office" yesterday asking me to pay the "RPRF" and to send them my "military records (Exempting certificate)" alongside with my "resume (CV )". they asked me to respond within 60 days from now by email.

Yes! mine Background check in process since December 2016, I have not received medical check-up request yet. My visa office LONDON.

Please note that if your application status in Background check is "Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check.", It means that your Background check process has not started yet. However, if you see Background check status as "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." It means that Visa officer has started your background check process. Ideally Background check status will not change until Medical exams, RPRF payment completed.

That what I know, But two of my friend status changed to We are processing your background check ( They paid RPRF upfront) and didn't received MR. That's why I'm asking. May be they changed the sequence of processing

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum, this forum is really helpful. I want to clarify that I have linked my application with GCKEY. That was successful. On the status page there is a button with caption 'View submitted application'. When we click on that, the details of all applicants shown which are originally present on the paper application filed. Then there is another button with caption 'Next', when we clicked that a form is shown with title 'Your Declaration and electronic signature'. My question is that do we also fill it up and click 'Sign' button at the bottom of the page?

I have linked my application in Feb, but did not electronically signed till yet. Is not signing will effect the processing of my file?

To change email address in CIC what we have to do???

If you want change any data, You need to contact your processing visa office through IRCC web form and update { If you are submitting a change in email address, include and specify your old email address and your new email address.}

Besides, You've to update in GCKey to get changes on your e-mail

My CIC status says "Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check.". I did my medical in Dec 2016 and Paid landing fees about 6 weeks back.. I had received medical request as well as landing fee request around those times..

Hello all

I am an applicant after CSQ waiting for more than 15 months.

I have send the file 18 January 2016 in Sydney (thay have pased in Roma)
I have done the medical with my family 25 July 2016
My statys in Gckey seys "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
I have done an enquiry in Roma VO and thay have replied with a single sentence "This is to advise you that your file is under review by the visa officer."

What I have to do? Can anyone tell me where I cane do an other enquiry?
I dont know why thay are taking to long
