It's because lot of people applied for PEQ after getting some french course certificate (you could say fake) without learning french. So now MIDI found out about this and calling the applicants for interview.

Theoretically MIDI should be responsible for everything given that both colleges and applicants have done nothing wrong in terms of procedure/process set up by both MIDI and the Education Dept.

Initially MIDI and Education Dept work together to define the rules and regulations, and both applicants and colleges are just following these defined procedures and rules to move forward, so nothing wrong with them.

Hello Guys.

. I got my CoPR in Feb 2017. My CSQ was expired by then and I sent a letter to Quebec Immigration requesting a new copy. I had been waiting for a response for last 2 months.

Today I called them and they told me that I need some kind of attestation and not a new CSQ. She told me that she will send a link for this. So far I haven't got it. Is there anyone else who know about this issue?


I would like to do my landing asap... I may have to relocate within my company. Should I go to the border and trying landing with expired CSQ? Will it work? I have been living in Montreal for last few years.
