I have one query, how do I know which Visa Office will be treating my file after AOR?

Will it be specified in the AOR email/mail?

It will be based on your residential address. You will not get any information in AOR EXCEPT UR APPLICATION NUMBER and UCI NUMBER.

Do I need to wait for PCC or I can send it now?

I think you can wait till the medical request because it will be asked in that particular mail along with the landing fee as well as the updates if any. Hope this helps.

I sent my PCC just after I received AOR without CIC asking for it. I did it for 2 reasons:
a) CIC accepts only 6 months or less old PCC from current country of residence ( USA in my case).
b) I wanted to ensure that my application is not put on hold until "bring forward" date ( google this term).

I have to update my application to include my newborn for which i just received his CSQ. I haven't received AOR yet.

Can anyone tell me what is the process for updating my application?

Where should I send the documents?

IN your case you will have to send them a copy of CSQ too. Best option is to send them an email and they will tell you what is required.

It takes 2 weeks to get any response for case specific queries. Have you requested for GCMS notes?

Even if your medical expires it will not impact your application... worst case scenario they will ask you to redo it.
