Received back Passport and CPR ( confirmation of permanent residency), it has taken two weeks to get Passport back, the entry validity is 12 months from medical examination date.

Patience is really worth on the entire process and this forum for me, given me an idea about the time line for each step in entire process, especially for me who has not approached any consultant.

Thank you fellow applicants and seniors who share valuable points over here and wishing everybody success on their attempts.

Hello Everyone,

Is there any inland applicant, who applied in October/November'15, got any ppr by now? coz its 12 months gone for them!
I tried to call CIC several times today, but all the times I was listening..'we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls......' and then get disconnected. CIC said us before that call us if nothing happens after 12 months and now nobody is picking the call... he he he hilarious!

I have heard of any late 2015 applicant receiving a CoPR lately. It looks like the quota for 2016 has been maxed out.

One of my friends, whose application was submitted in August 2015, received PPR yesterday. She has been mad during the last 2 months.
So, nearly 15 months for her.

Hope we can receive the PPR before Dec 1.
