I will try to answer you the best as I can. Anyone can correct me if ever.

answer:

1. I believe you can use any, since you will be sending your CSQ copy. They will still verify it.

2. No need to show bank funds.

3. Yes! It is best to notarized all your essential documents.

4. Either is okay but best is by courier so you can track it.

5. Lastly, I believe they just accept credit card now a days. I heard some files were returned or advised to pay by credit/ debit card if they just sent bank drafts.

thanks!

August 2019 applicants: Why don't we all update each other as soon as we get the AOR? It seems they have stopped to temporarily give AORs, so let's keep each other on the loop as to when they give them again.
Sept 2019 applicants. How did u know they stopped temporarily? it's a guess or you've asked them?

Yes sure. It's a little bit weird. I know two other gentelmen applied in August and they didn't get their AOR. HOWEVER, September applicants started receiving their AOR. I know 3-4 ppl at least.
