Actually yun din ang nasa isip ko, the work 'ADMISSIBLE'. Kaya nga talagang kampante lang na ko na isubmit this week, I'm just waiting for my Translated TOR from Manila pa, minalas pa nga kasi may naiwan na untranslated subject.Last night, naisip ko lang basahin uli then I posted a query I don't expect tlaga na the answer will be YES. i even drop from my seat last night. And from what bosschips' reply, medyo masakit pero true na may possibility na magkaroon ng wrong impression pero syempre kungdi ka makapagsubmi it does not mean it reflects yourself totally. They can also see my grades sa TOR and 2 diplomas at the same year.Pero kung magagawan ko ng paraan tomorrow, at mapadala uli sakin d2 by this week, ok lang pero kung hindi, ok na din cguro kesa naman di makaabot sa quota. Di pa naman kasama sa list ng priority ang degree ko so super hirap talaga sa competition.
Ang masakit pa nito, i think I have given up all my best, nag-aaral nako ng french, ubusan na ng pera sa long distance call at cash for expedite. Pero ok lang kasi gustong gusto ko talagang mag migrate sa canada kc andun siblings ko.
sana lang di sila maghigpit kasi madami kasi na ginagamit lang quebec for stepping stone kaya tuloy yung mga katulad natin na tlaga willing to stay ang naaapektuhan. Gumugugol pa naman tayo ng pera at time sa pag-aaral ng french.

Well you have your siblings naman pala to support you. Malaking points na po yun. May I know when did you submit your application? I didn't pass my HS diploma neither kasi di naman daw required sabi ng consultant ko and I'm really praying na makakuha pa rin ako ng AOR kahit wala yun.

di pa ko nakapagsubmit, if ever this week pa lang sana due to my TOR na nakatagalog some subjects.
ito pala to update click profile on top of the screen then click Forum Profile Information on the left side then scroll down, you can update your time frame.

The phrase on the side; "The ff docs are admisible" simply means na ang mga sumusunod ay tinatanggap. Hindi po sinasabi ng phrase na yun na "isa" sa mga dokumento ang tinatanggap. Yan kasi napapansin kong pagkakaintindi ninyo.

hello everyone!

So i finally decided not to push through with my application without the help of my consultancy agency, medyo disrespectful sa clients yung isa sa mga agents nila without giving enough information, at mas marami pa ako natutunan dito!

to all seniors, i am already on the process of filling up the forms, however i have more queries on how to correctly fill it up especially on the following numbers Numbers 8,13,13.1, 15.1 and 15.2

Here's my questions po

Number 8
1. TITLE- Registered NURSE? Nurse?
2.CODE- Ano po ang code for nurses?

Number 13,
1. Sa experience tama po ba na ang latest job ko ang nkalagay sa Topmost? at ano po ilalagay ko sa date..FROM(date of hire) TO(current date while filling up the form since its my present job??
2. Pano po kung meron akong 2 contracts sa same organization pero different job title kelangan ko po isulat separately?
3. Should i include my VOLUNTEER WORK experience for 1 year?
4. Pano po kung hindi indicated sa contract yung number of working hours, pero i go to the Health office from 8am to 5pm?ano po dapat kung ilagay?
5.Primary Language of work- does this mean written communication or yung usual communication sa office, in my case Filipino usapan pero syempre English sa mga office transaction.

Number 13.1
1. JOB TITLE- i should right down my job title same as what is indicated in my contract right?
2. Task performed as part of duties- should i include everything that is written in my job description?

Number 15.1 French Knowledge
1. Wala pa po ako french exam, so i assume that i should just put a check mark on the attestation.

Number 15.2 English Knowledge
1. Ang nakalagay po na 4 categories ay Oral comprehension, oral production, written comprehension and production, so does this mean that only SPEAKING AND WRITING lang ang ilalagay ko? how about po the Reading and listening part which is a part of the IELTS exam?

hello po,
im new here and I just want to seek insights from those who already submitted applications and those who know a lot about the Quebec Skilled Worker Program. I am a nurse by profession but I only have 5 months experience as a volunteer nurse and 3 months experience as a nurse trainee right after passing the boards last december 2009. I worked as a caregiver in New Zealand for 1 year and 8 months. Eligible po ba aq mag-apply sa QSW even if caregiver ang work experience ko?
Hoping for positive replies. Thank You.

I think you over analyzed the forms robinsonwalt.

Before anything else, I am encouraging everyone to please submit HS DIPLOMA and TOR.

Let's get back to basics with the forms. Whatever you DECLARE in the application form should be supported by a LEGAL document. You could claim all you want in the forms but if you don't have PROOF, it's useless. (Pwedeng pag-isipan ng IO kung bakit, pwedeng palusutin, pwede namang pag tinopak siya, mabawasan ang points mo. Mahirap sabihin pero I think mga posibilidad yan.)

Documents submitted in support of the Application for Selection Certificate
From the title itself, mga dokumentong ipinapasa para sa pagsuporta ng application para sa selection certificate. Bakit ba natin sinusuportahan ang application natin? Plain and simple, para mapaniwala ang IO sa mga sinasabi natin sa application.

This form is a checklist/reminder of what should/can be passed if it is applicable to you.

Ano ba ang posibleng consequence kapag kulang ang pinasa mo? Siyempre, tatagal ang proseso. Yan ang iniiwasan nating lahat. If you want a smooth application, make sure everything that you declare is backed up with PROOF. Make your application SPEAK for itself.

As with robinsonwalt's case, he got AOR pa din naman.

Ang hindi ko magets ay kung bakit nahirapan ka kumuha ng TOR sa HS? Isa yan sa mga trabaho ng registrar's office. Karapatan natin yan bilang alumni.

awwwww..lol..I agree with you Kuya boss chips...I like the sharing of ideas..Guys, not because I didn't submitted my HS Diploma does mean I'm encouraging everyone to do the same..Its just my own idea..lol..

Anyway kuya boss chips, I have my HS diploma ready in case they want me to submit it..lol..And hindi ko alam dun sa HS ko kung bakit di nila ma retrieved ung Form 138 ko..Hopefully, everything will still be great ahead of our application..

Just do your best to submit your application...I know you want it, so with perseverance you will succeed..Ok lng yung mga mensahe ni kuya boss chips..he just wanted to bring out the best help he can share..Take it as someone na gusto ka rin mag suceed kasi magkikita kita tayo sa Quebec..lol..

How are you studying french? wala ka dito sa pinas diba? Anyway, good luck, and sana makapagpasa ka na rin..

Eto po yung next part nang question ko, tungkol naman po sa ITR, dapat po ba whole duration na may work ako may dapat may ITR form from BIR? pano po kung wala? pero yung sa recent job ko meron na? ok na po kaya yung since 2012? at saka ang binigay lang sakin na form nung company ko ay yung Form 2307 or Certificate of Witheld tax...is that acceptable plus my payslips in my current job? thank you po!!

so dun po kau magrefer sa area of training na binigya ng quebec..so the answer is NURSING (BACH. - 3 YEARS)

2. code po is U118 (research nyo po yan, nasa website po ng quebec)

Number 13
1. yap ung latest po ang top most..sinabi naman po dun diba..Employment during the past 5 years (start with your most recent job
kung up to present lagay mo na lng date ng filing mo..as possible near the time kung kelan ka mag susubmit.
2. medyo kakaiba po yang status mo..2 contracts in the same org with two position? sulat nyo na lng din po..separately kung kelan kau na hired on each..
3. tinatanong lng naman po sa number 13 eh employment..di naman po official employment ang volunteer..
4. wala po ba sa job description nyo ang number of working hrs or kahit s mga employee manual nyo or work booklet..or pwede rin po pa modify mo ung COE mo to indicate your working hrs..
5. english mo na lng para mas maganda tignan ng IO..lol

Number 13.1
1. yes
2. yes po..kung kulang ang page sabi naman po use separate sheet if necessary..pwede ka rin mag mention ng mas principal task pa na ginawa mo other than mentioned in your JD..kasi mukhang vague ata ang JD eh..

Number 15.1 French Knowledge
1. yes..tick the box I am not submitting an attestation of results for my knowledge of oral French (If you do not submit an attestation of test results for your knowledge of oral
French, no points will be awarded under this evaluation criteria)

Number 15.2 English Language
1. nung una ganun din ang pag kakaintindi ko..but with some readings and research ganito ung naging break down ko for IELTS Scores:


Oral Comprehension=Listening
Oral Production=Speaking
Written Comprehension=Reading
Written Production=Writing

opinyon ko lng yang mga yan ah..you better help also yourself by doing some research and understand the form.
