no. The document they need is an original or a certified true copy. Pag ctc ibibigay mo saka mo lang inonotarize.

in the absence of sss claims, income tax return is the key. If you cant produce it, they cannot validate your experience if it is legal. You might lose points for that.

i enrolled at makati too. Sat pm classes.

no. The document they need is an original or a certified true copy. Pag ctc ibibigay mo saka mo lang inonotarize.

bosschips...yes, for question # 23 requires only "original or certified true copy" however according to my consultant from "Campbell Cohen Law Firm" it is a must to notarize those COE to avoid possible delay of your papers unless otherwise you will submit the original document...just sharing what my consultant told me..
