I also applied for self employed category from india (new delhi) for general (not for Quebec) and i got AOR on september-2013. but still i am waiting for medical and other process.

What should you say about that.

I applied federal self employed in Mar 16, get AOR in Aug/16, still no news, anyone can tell how to contact Singapore embassy for this matter ? when I could get MER notice?
