Quebec Self Employed Worker application

Hi,
I have taken Preliminary Evaluation for Immigration for Quebec Self Employed Category. It says that I am eligible to Apply. I am Indian working in Ethiopia.
Where I have to send application?
How to pay online?
Can I send application through e-mail?
Let me know all these.

Hi,
visit quebec immigration website, once it says your preliminary evaluation is complete it will tell you how to apply.You need to mail application to montreal.be prepared to wait more than a year.I m still waiting no answer no information from them.
