Hello all...
I am a Quebec selected applicant, being processed at the CHC in London, we done our medicals 2 months ago and yesterday received a letter asking me for the fee to pay the fee for the ARC (Authorization to return to Canada) and a letter explaining the reasons why it should be granted.

We knew all the way that we needed it cause my husband had a refugee case in Canada that was denied and I had one as well and we were issued with a deportation order, we left as required (in 2006)...

Now, I am the principal applicant, the letter was addressed to me, and didn't include my husband, but we know he requires one as well...so my question is, should I send the bank draft fee for 2 persons and a letter including him as well? Should I contact the CHC to confirm?

Also, any details or experience you guys may have about this ARC will be highly appreciated...

Do you think we have any chance to be approved at all? hard to find any cases around the forums...

Many thanks! and good luck to all of you.

See, approval to ARC depends on the circumstances you have had before deportation... There are many reasons and its difficult to say until one would not know the complete details about your case

Hello Yokototo,

Did you have any problems trying to apply for QSW nomination? Did Quebec provincial government ask you for anything extraordinary given the nature of your case (Deportation)

I'm more or less in the same situation that you are I had a refugee cased denied and was later asked to leave under a deportation order so I left CBSA asked me to. Im trying to apply for BC Provincial Nomination PNP but they are asking me for ARC first?? which is impossible to get without the support of a Provincial Nomination PNP. How was your case handled? Did the province of Quebec only ask you for certificate of departure?

Thanks,
