I am going for a pre university applied science diploma at universel college gatineau
SO WOULD I GET ##PGWP## after its completion

It is on the list, but has certain requirements.

To be eligible for a PGWP, your program must be 900 hours or longer and lead to 1 of the following:

• Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) (Diploma in Vocational Studies)
• Attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) (Attestation of Vocational Specialization)
• Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) (Diploma in College Studies)
• Attestation d’études collégiales (AEC) (Attestation of College Studies)

You must also meet the other PGWP criteria.

Well it looks like you would qualify, but I would suggest contacting the college just to make sure. Remember, no visa is guaranteed. Make sure you provide everything when applying and make sure you have a valid study permit when applying for PGWP.
