Hi everyone, been reading for a while, thought I'd join in and share my timeline and ask a question or two.
I'm from Pakistan, applied as an Investor ($800,000) in May 2012, HK office. Went to Hong Kong and gave interview in November 2013. Got acceptance letter about 10 days later and instructions to wire funds. Wired funds in Feb 2014 and got CSQ in April 2014. Applied for PR in July 2014, had some PR fee cashment issues and finally got a "We started to process your application in March 2015".
So about 3 years from date of application filing to Quebec till PR process started with Quebec CSQ's.
Could you guys kindly update what kind of time frame and further steps am I looking at now ? I think all Pakistani Investor applications for Quebec are handled at London office.
Also any ideas if the new liberal government would help speed the entire immigration process ?
