I need your advise on my case.I already applied under federal skilled migration program in year 2005 but after that my file is still inprocess status.Now I want apply for Quebec Skilled migration program. Can i apply for Quebec immi? and is it affect my OLD file?
For Quebec Immigration French language test is necessary ?
