Program is not open yet unless you have a job offer or apply through PEQ, until then, gather all documents and calculate your points, take the free assessment on the website of immigration Quebec.

Thanks a lot. I already accessed my Bachelor of Computer Science degree from WES (3 Years University Degree). My wife also recently passed the Bachelor of Arts from Bangladesh. My question is can i get carried any point of my wife bachelor degree?

For Quebec yo don't need Wes assessment you need to submit certified copies of your diplomas and your transcripts, also your wife can give you points, 3 for having a bachelor degree and mor expounds depending on her area of training check this king to see how many points according to her career http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/fr/divers/liste-formation.pdf
