Quebec Immigration processing time after CSQ

Hello There,
I got my CSQ in 1st Nov 2018, after that I had done my Medical and PCC (Police Clearance Certificates) in advance then sent it to the Sydney (which is received over there as on 1st Feb 2019) for further process but till date nothing has been done. Even Medical have not been updated till now. Can you please tell the exact time frame for the same.

Ha ha ha ! You have a long way to go, Dont be impatient in 7 Months, It will atleast take 16 to 22 months.

Yes, I got it near about 21st April 2019, after that i had done my biometrics on 26th April 2019.
