Sorry iam new to all this, What is MICC???
Have you applied under the Quebec or Federal state?
I am planing to apply for quebec.
Please also share your expirence weather you had translated any of your document from the regional language to english.

MICC is the Quebec Immigration and cultural Ministry responsible for Immigration.

check the site http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/EN/

If your documents are in a language other than English/French , you have to get them translated to English and get it notarized too .

Ek gal daso, Do i need to get the affidavit also for the same that whatever the translator has written is "true" from the notary.

Jehre paper te Translatation kiti hou, ohde thale notary di mohar lawa ke ghuggi marawa leo .Translated from Punjabi to Angrezi.

Ape kar leo translation te notory ton mohar lawa leo. Certificate hi karne hone, notary nu kini ku angrezi aondi tuhanu pata hi hai.

main ta ape kar layi si 10 te 12 de details marks te notary to stamp/sign kara le si

Acha mere kol marriage di photos te marriage da invitation card paya we, oh main agar application che paa danwa teh thik rauga. teh Jinda tusi dasde paye ho kee translate kar ke notarized kara lanwa,,,,,,will that work?

Te Bharjai di french kida haigi, Quebec layi french vi aoni chaidi honi, Jad main apply kita si ta interview French vich hoyi si(feb 2006), hun da pata ni.

Kehre Document haige translate karn wale thode, India vich ta koi approved translator hona ni, i think, may be in Canada honge.

Nale Viah da card te fotu bhejan di lor ni, Marriage Certificate Bana Pau, te oh lagu kagaz naal.

Veer hune french mandatory nahi hagi nurses layi,,,,,,,but ek declaration zaroor sign karna pauga.......that u will intend to learn french.......bakiyan lonka da pata nayi..............main ek kam karna han.............i will try to get the marriage certificate in english.......je ho sake.............shall i made it my self...........& get it signed & stamped by the people whome i have recieved my certificate in Hindi.

Veer mera certificate Delhi ton issue hoya aa, teh naale me try kar raya han kee oh minu certificate den jo english che likhya howe..............to make u understand...............ohne de kol sirf hindi wich hee likhya hoya we,,,,,,for example.......written on the certificate "suptra ka naam"...Require addition..."Son of Mr.X"........this is what i will tell them to do it by hand if they agree on it...........they have the authority to issue marriage certificate in Delhi.
