got a phone call friday from immigration quebec, saying they had mailed me the package for the "certificat de selection" but that it was returned to them because of a wrong address...
as I was talking to the lady my phone died, and was not able to call back to rectify the situation before they closed...
Anyone can precisely tell me what is it they are trying to send me. I was under the impression that once they had issue the certificate they were to forward it to the Embassy, in my case, Lima. Are they just sending me some copy of it, or once I get it I am responsible to send it to Lima.. I hope that it won't create any delays, but I can imagine that it maybe will.. I saw they cashed the cheque i had sent them alredy a month ago...
anyway I guess I 'll know tomorrow anyway when I call them up again
